Senior Civil Engineer

Harry Maxwell has been engaged to conduct a search for an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with specialized skills and strong account management capabilities.
Responsibilities- Senior leadership role driving end-to-end project delivery
- Mentor and develop emerging talent by guiding junior engineers and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
- Lead innovative design and project management work packages, coordinating across technical disciplines to achieve strategic project outcomes
- Deliver strategic civil engineering design outcomes across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, residential, utilities, transport, and urban infrastructure
- Recommend and develop design methods, specifications and performance or functional requirements for tenders and projects
- Influence and support continuous improvement through high performance, innovation and accountability
- Bachelor's degree in civil (Chartered status preferred)
- Minimum 6 years' experience
- Exposure to multi-discipline engineering design and construction delivery
- Previous experience in civil engineering, preferably with exposure to commercial, industrial and residential projects
- Highly proficient in utilizing leading terrain modelling and civil engineering software, including 12d Model and Autodesk Civil 3D, along with other compatible technologies to deliver exceptional results
