About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic leader who can develop and deliver long-term membership strategies, drive retention, and foster continuous improvement across our organization.

  • Membership Strategy & Growth
    • Develop annual membership plans and track key metrics such as acquisition activities and retention rates.
    • Create effective campaigns to progress potential members from suspects to qualified leads.
    • Build strong relationships with prospects and champion technology adoption to streamline processes.
  • Member Lifecycle Management
    • Oversee the full member lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, retention, satisfaction, and offboarding.
    • Support the development of member products and services to enhance the overall member experience.
    • Deliver consistent and responsive member service to drive satisfaction and referrals.
  • Engagement & Representation
    • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to design and deliver targeted member communications and campaigns.
    • Represent the voice of members across the organization and foster a culture of respect and professionalism within the team.
    • Manage and develop a small team of member support personnel.
  • Organizational Contribution & Support
    • Promote a culture of innovation and lead technology adoption to integrate into business processes.
    • Foster transparent and effective internal communication to ensure seamless collaboration.
    • Proactively manage risks and contribute to annual budget planning.
    • Participate in projects that advance our strategic objectives.
