Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Sydney. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing account strategies, and driving adoption of our products.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retain a book of business.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Technical Account Management team, providing support to customers.
  • Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and represent the Voice of the Customer for Australian customer needs.
  • Drive increased adoption of key features and best practices.
  • Prioritise and resolve critical customer issues swiftly.
  • Serve as the dedicated liaison for customer questions, issues, or escalations, displaying a sense of urgency and advocacy.
  • Collaborate directly with customers to understand and optimise their workflows.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of work experience at a SaaS company in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with payroll strongly preferred, bonus points for HRIS or other HR/HCM SaaS.
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation, and adaptability skills.
  • Proven experience as an account manager with a scaled book of business.
  • Track record of building strong customer relationships.
  • Hunger to work hard on a growing team.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities.
  • Passion for enabling both customers and internal teams.
