Job Title: Access to Information Officer
Location: Melbourne, Australia
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our team as an Access to Information Officer. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Melbourne CBD with flexibility to work from home.
As an Access to Information Officer, you will be responsible for processing access to information requests in accordance with legislation and guidelines. You will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Process access to information requests accurately and efficiently
- Manage a high volume of records related activities
- Utilize multiple systems simultaneously
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy rate
- Knowledge of relevant workers' compensation legislation and regulations
