Job Role Summary

The Production Lead oversees the entire production process for low and medium-level projects, collaborating with their team and relevant departments to deliver high-quality client work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment, encourage discussion on upcoming projects, and demonstrate expertise in project management.
  • Process Improvement: Develop initiatives for continuous improvement, advise on strategic campaigns, and ensure visibility into day-to-day operations.
  • Campaign Management: Manage low to medium complexity briefs, clarify requirements to ensure effective delivery, and communicate next steps to stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis: Understand data quality, present monthly performance reviews, and take proactive steps to improve performance and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in print/POS displays production management.
  • Relevant project management and supplier liaison experience.
  • Industry background or education is highly desirable.
Soft Skills
  • A positive attitude, high energy levels, and a curious mindset.
  • Accountability, collaboration, and strong prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
