Supply Chain Coordinator Opportunity

This role involves overseeing the efficient management of inventory, ensuring timely order processing and delivery coordination.

We are seeking a highly organized individual to manage our warehouse and stock levels, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction.

No prior experience in the mining industry is required; however, relevant experience in inventory management or spares is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including stocktakes and goods verification.
  • Data Entry: Process data for production, payroll, and deliveries using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Purchase Orders: Place orders with suppliers and manage invoices for payment.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weekly planning.

Requirements:

  • Australian work rights and manual C-class license.
  • Pass medical/drug tests and recent police clearance.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with MS Office applications.
  • Physical capability for hands-on work.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Bonus Points:Forklift license or MYOB/Greentree experience.
