This role presents an exceptional opportunity to step into the dynamic world of tax technology, leveraging your expertise to drive success. As a professional consultant, you will have a wide range of responsibilities as a subject matter expert in our tax software products, utilizing your Australian tax experience to deliver high-quality results.

You will be responsible for delivering implementation projects of tax software for a range of clients, including ASX100 and multi-national corporates. You will advise clients as the technical subject matter expert, train clients, prepare guides and other documentation, and support the client relationship management team as the technical expert in client conversations.

About The Opportunity

In this exciting opportunity, you will:

  • Deliver implementation projects for tax software products, providing expert advice and training to clients;
  • Be involved in sales enablement activities by identifying and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers;
  • Deliver multiple implementation projects simultaneously, working alongside a project manager;
  • Enable client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting the client relationship managers in their dealings with customers as the technical expert;
  • Prepare comprehensive guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required; and
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and webinars to clients.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Australian tax;
  • Strong understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications;
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner;
  • Superior presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written); and
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
