About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Bar/Lounge, directing, training, and assisting employees to serve guests and ensuring that proper standards are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Management of Bar Activities and Upkeep
  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service
  • Modeling and Holding Bar Team Accountable to High Standards of Work
  • Facilitating the Performance of the Bar Team

Requirements

  • Outgoing and approachable attitude, honesty, humble and respectful nature
  • Previous supervisory or higher experience
  • 5 star service experience
  • Ability to lead team in manager's absence
  • Drive effective payroll control
  • Develop team and ongoing training programs
