Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Officer to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing quality and client service-oriented support to all stakeholders.

  • Monitor and respond to recruitment queries, using your judgement to resolve routine and moderately complex issues.
  • Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring they are aligned with best practices and timely.

You will work closely with our recruitment teams to identify and develop talent pipelines, conduct candidate searches on LinkedIn and other platforms, and contribute to change and improvement in our recruitment services.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • The ability to learn new tasks and adapt to change quickly.
  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Relevant work experience in a human resources field.
