People and Culture Graduate Role

Are you looking to develop your career in human resources? This opportunity will see you working closely with the HR team, providing support across all aspects of the employment lifecycle from induction to offboarding.

In this role, you will also assist with learning and development programs, both internal and external. This will include coordinating with industry associations such as Engineers Australia and CPA Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support related to employee onboarding and change of circumstances.
  • Coordinating with industry associations to establish positive organisational culture.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent organisational abilities.

Additionally, they will be required to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
