Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to review and implement educational practices
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, ensuring outstanding outcomes for children
  • Build strong relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive
