We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart North Mackay. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children and supporting their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children.
- Build strong relationships with families and ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
- Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team to achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.
- Follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to meet each child's unique needs and interests.
- Play-based learning that encourages growth, development, and school readiness.
