About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children, guiding their development with purposeful and energetic teaching practices.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a vibrant and supportive environment, collaborating with our centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs. You will be responsible for creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes active learning, creativity, and school readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
  • Build strong relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that achieve outstanding outcomes for our children
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
  • Queensland – Registration is voluntary if eligible, not required
