About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children and supporting their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children
  • Build strong relationships with families and communicate effectively to ensure a collaborative approach to education
  • Mentor and support educational practices within the centre, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop and review educational programs, ensuring alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
  • Current Qld Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
