Financial Advice Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Advice Specialist to join our team.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial advice to clients, guiding them through complex financial decisions and helping them achieve their long-term goals.
  • You will work closely with clients to understand their unique financial situations, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
  2. Provide personalized financial planning and advice, taking into account clients' individual circumstances and objectives.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date on market trends, regulatory changes, and product developments.
  4. Prioritize client needs, delivering timely and effective solutions to meet their evolving requirements.
Requirements
  • FSEA qualified or equivalent experience in financial services.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably within the financial industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including life insurance, investments, and superannuation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
