Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to partner with senior and executive leadership, building out the core financial planning & analysis (FP&A) capabilities. This fundamental role will provide financial planning, analysis, and decision-making support to drive business growth and success.

The Role:

  • Strategic Partnering: Providing financial planning, analysis, and decision-making support to senior and executive leadership teams.
  • Financial Modelling: Developing and maintaining financial models to inform business decisions.
  • Data Quality and Reporting: Enhancing reporting capabilities and developing data maturity and quality.
  • Business Cases and Analysis: Preparing market and investor-related analysis, and providing financial support for business cases.
  • Standard Responsibilities: Performing standard FP&A responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in finance, business, commerce, or equivalent.
  • Professional Certifications: CA/CPA qualified.
  • Expert Skills: Expert Excel skills, experience building 3-way financial models beneficial.
  • Licence and Location: Currently located in Australia with full working rights.
