**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle a high volume of phone calls, maintain professional communication, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Our team specializes in various mediums including talent representation, sports operations, event management, media production, and distribution.

  • Complete an 8-week training program to master our booking admin and system skills
  • Enter promoter offers into our systems
  • Collect ticket counts for our client roster
  • Review show contracts
  • Assist with department and ad-hoc projects
  • Cover desks temporarily while assistants are away

**Key Responsibilities:**

We are looking for someone with a passion for live music, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to:
