Live Music Performance Coordinator

At our iconic concert hall, we're seeking an experienced Live Music Performance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production crew, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of live music events. With a strong background in technical theatre and stage management, you'll work closely with artists, stakeholders, and colleagues to deliver exceptional performances.

Job Description:
  • Coordinate live music events from conception to execution
  • Collaborate with artists, stakeholders, and colleagues to develop and implement event plans
  • Ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of event activities

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Theatre, Stage Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in live theatre/music environment as a stage manager or equivalent role
  • Strong interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on event schedules
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Artifax, and Humanforce
  • Leadership and development skills to mentor technical teams
