**Education Leadership Opportunity**

We are seeking a passionate and visionary educator to lead our Secondary Campus, guiding the development of curriculum and teaching practices that reflect current pedagogy and evidence-based methodologies.

About the Role

The Chief Education Officer will be responsible for fostering high expectations, professional growth, and student success. They will work collaboratively with staff to ensure alignment with our mission and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum frameworks that meet the needs of students in Years 7-12
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging staff to share best practices and innovative ideas
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver professional learning programs that enhance teacher skills and knowledge
  • Lead the development of policies and procedures that support teaching and learning
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers to help them achieve their goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant teaching discipline, with postgraduate qualifications in educational leadership preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or curriculum coordination role
  • Current Teacher Registration in South Australia
  • Accreditation to teach in Catholic Education South Australia
  • Working with Children Clearance and screening to work in Catholic Education SA
  • Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education and Care certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
