About Our Renewable Energy Platform

We are a growing Australian renewable energy platform focused on building a scalable portfolio of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to support the country's energy transition.

The Role

As an Investment Associate, you will provide critical support across financial modelling, project finance, investment analysis, and capital raising initiatives.

  • Build financial models for internally developed BESS projects and portfolio/platform transactions.
  • Support project finance transactions, lender cases, due diligence, structuring, and preparation of investment committee and Board papers.
  • Prepare investor-facing materials, evaluate financing options, and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and advisors.
  • Analyse M&A opportunities, partnerships, alternative growth options, and contribute to platform funding strategies and investment frameworks.
  • Monitor portfolio and construction-stage asset performance, risks, and budgets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-6 years' experience in investment banking, infrastructure funds, project finance, corporate finance, or consulting.
  • Strong financial modelling and transaction execution experience.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Understanding of BESS or energy infrastructure markets.
