As a Renewable Energy Investment Banking Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our organization.
We are seeking an Associate with a strong background in financial and transactional experience to join our Sydney-based team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in energy transition, renewable energy, regulated utilities, and power.
The successful candidate will lead financial modelling and valuation workstreams across live transactions, contributing to end-to-end deal execution: due diligence, negotiation support, board papers, and transaction structuring.
You will engage directly with senior clients and internal stakeholders across international offices, preparing presentations and investment materials for strategic and financial clients.
Requirements- 4–7 years' experience in investment banking, focusing on infrastructure, utilities, or renewables sector coverage.
- A background in infrastructure or energy-focused corporate development teams.
- Infrastructure fund or large-scale renewables developer experience, with M&A exposure.
- Advanced financial modelling and transaction execution skills.
- Experience in brownfield infrastructure M&A or PPP transactions.
- Clear communication and ability to thrive in a high-performance team environment.
