Job Title: Renewable Energy Investment Associate

We are seeking an experienced investment associate to join our team in the renewable energy sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, transaction execution, and project finance. They will be responsible for developing financial models for battery energy storage systems (BESS) projects and portfolio/platform transactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing financial models for BESS projects and portfolio/platform transactions.
  • Supporting project finance transactions, due diligence, structuring, and investment committee and Board papers.
  • Preparing investor-facing materials and evaluating financing options.
  • Analyzing M&A opportunities and contributing to platform funding strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years' experience in investment banking, infrastructure funds, project finance, or consulting.
  • Strong financial modeling and transaction execution experience.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Understanding of BESS or energy infrastructure markets.
