About the Role

This position is responsible for spearheading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives undertaken or facilitated by the IT GRC team. The Project Manager will oversee steering committees, project schedules, presentations, and collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather content and metrics under the guidance of the IT GRC SOX Manager and/or Director of IT Global Risk & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects, leading all phases to ensure timely and within-scope delivery, coordinating teams and vendors.
  • Develop and track comprehensive project plans with stakeholders.
  • Monitor dependencies, report on project health, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present project updates to leadership and manage steering committee presentations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in IT project management.
  • Familiarity with IT controls, SOX, audit methodologies, and IT concepts.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
