Driving business growth through strategic partnerships requires a unique blend of collaboration, innovation, and expertise.
About the RoleThe SAP Alliance Manager plays a crucial role in developing and executing our go-to-market strategy with SAP, including onboarding, enablement, training, joint planning, and co-selling. This position demands strong collaboration with executive leadership in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Renewal Managers, Product, and Enablement to align vision, strategy, and execution of partnership plans.
- Develop and manage the partner relationship with SAP in ANZ to drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.
- Ensure alignment with global partner processes and governance structures to foster a seamless and efficient partnership.
- Contribute to the development of global programs that meet the needs of the ANZ market, driving regional growth and expansion.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the SAP leadership team to align go-to-market strategies and drive mutual success.
- Provide introductions between SAP and Docusign sellers to facilitate collaborative opportunities and drive sales.
- Collaborate and coordinate with SAP's Country marketing teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversion.
- Engage SAP resellers and implementation partners to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Evaluate performance based on quantitative metrics and provide regular health, capability, and capacity analysis to internal stakeholders.
- Drive quarterly business reviews to ensure ongoing progress and goal achievement.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, with significant expertise working with SAP.
- Proven experience developing specific partner ecosystem strategies in targeted verticals.
- Able to leverage go-to-market influence models to drive partner engagement and collaboration.
- Excellent professional communication skills, including presentation and negotiation.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
