Job Title: Customer Service Officer

The role of a Customer Service Officer involves providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for members. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality service at reception, over the phone, and in written correspondence.
  • Ensuring timely responses to customers' needs and concerns.
  • Providing information about and facilitating memberships, enrolments, and bookings.
  • Marketing and promoting programs and services to potential, new, and existing members.
  • Performing opening and closing duties, including cash counting, till balancing, daily cash reconciliations, and banking.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform administration duties, including data and word processing, filing, photocopying, and reception.
  • Able to work as part of a team and self-motivate to work autonomously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, including phone manner.
  • Excellent computer skills using various systems, including POS, Outlook, and MS Word/Excel.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates or willingness to obtain these.
  • National Police Check.
