Job Title:

Travel Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven travel consultant to join our team. As a flight consultant, you will be part of a supportive environment that champions your career and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work full-time on-site in one of our retail stores on a rotating roster across a 7-day trade
  • Sell the whole holiday including flights, accommodation, car hire, tours, travel insurance, cruises, transfers, and more
  • Build a customer base of new and returning customers from regular domestic bookings to lavish international holidays and everything in between
  • Assist customers with their travel-related questions, providing expert advice on destinations, itineraries, and more
  • Enjoy a base wage plus an uncapped incentive payment structure where you earn a percentage of every sale, completely uncapped

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for travel and desire to help open up the world to our customers
  • Enthusiasm, passion, and warmth that makes our customers want to book with you every time
  • Savviness with computers, ready to toggle between various complex systems when finding the right flight and package options for your customer
