As our new Receptionist, your role will be to coordinate and perform the day to day administration requirements for our Service team from a front of house reception position within our **Mercedes-Benz** dealership in Warwick Farm. Operating in a busy environment you will be using your brilliant multi-tasking skills to maintain a bright and bubbly face to visitors whilst providing high end quality administration support to our teams
**To achieve this, your key duties and major activities will include**:
- Being the first point of contact for all customers via the phone and in person
- Connect with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism
- Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made

- Prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Answer inbound calls for the Service Department promptly
- Prepare repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
- Co-ordinate transport for Customers to and from the Dealership
- Liaise with the Workshop/ Parts Department and other front-line staff
- Perform clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Service Department
**What you need to succeed in the role**:
- Able to work Full-time
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel;
- A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- A confident phone manner and developed communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Time management skills in order to juggle a busy department
- Ability to work under pressure
- Initiative to help on the front line if the need arises
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Quick thinking & problem-solving skills
