Job Description
  • Deliver domestic supports within customer residences, promoting independence and well-being;
  • Support person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals, encouraging self-directed living;
  • Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed, maintaining a safe and supportive environment;
  • Perform administration duties, expense, and mandatory reports, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans, demonstrating adaptability and resilience;
  • Experience in supporting customers with bowel care, showcasing empathy and understanding;
  • Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration, highlighting competence and confidence;
  • Willingness to assist with personal care and domestic duties, exemplifying a supportive attitude;
  • Ability to manage complex or difficult situations with patience and maturity, showcasing leadership skills;
  • Valid Driver's Licence, enabling reliable transportation;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, guaranteeing compliance and integrity;
  • National Police Clearance (at our cost), upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
