Job Title: Inventory ControllerAbout the Role

This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely dispatch of products to our team and customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that requires a motivated, enthusiastic individual who can build relationships with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Re-order stock and submit orders through our online system, managing inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Picking and Packing: Efficiently pick and pack orders to ensure timely delivery to our team and customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Operational Support: Assist in operational tasks such as deliveries to client sites and provide administrative support to the team.
Requirements
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and are able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • You are highly organized, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • You have basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
