About the Role

The Inventory Coordinator will oversee inventory and physical stock of a primary regional warehouse and satellite stores to ensure availability of supply for our network and maintenance function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory and stock at the primary regional warehouse and satellite locations within our network
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the warehouse and satellite storages
  • Receive goods, including unloading and checking
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and satellite storage yards for efficient inventory management, replenishment, and processing
  • Resolve general enquiries and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
  • Hold a valid forklift license
  • Demonstrate experience in warehousing, inventory management, and administration
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers, focusing on service delivery
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to use SAP Warehouse & Purchasing application
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and administration
