Job Title: Inventory Coordinator

A typical day in this role may involve effectively managing goods receivable, deliveries, and inventories in a timely and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include stock management, order picking and packing, on-farm deliveries, forklift operation, driving, goods receipt and dispatch, inventory control, safety processes, loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate inventory levels to meet customer demands.
  • Operate forklifts to ensure safe and efficient movement of goods.
  • Drive the HR truck for on-farm deliveries.
  • Effectively receive and dispatch goods to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and control systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and protocols.
  • Loading and unloading trucks, dispatching, and unpacking orders and deliveries are essential tasks.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced team environment is highly desirable.
  • A passion for Australian farming and agriculture is essential.
  • A proactive approach to work and excellent organizational skills are required.
  • Excellent attention to detail is crucial for accuracy and quality.
  • Effective communication skills are necessary for building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • A full drivers' licence is mandatory.
  • A valid forklift ticket and HR licence are also required.
