Compassionate Healthcare Leader

This role involves providing comprehensive person-centered care to seniors in a residential aged care home. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will empower and enable our consumers by working closely with Registered Nurses and other allied health professionals.
We are seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse who can lead a team and provide excellent care to our consumers. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality care and are looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Actively promoting a positive culture through interactions with residents, staff, and their families
- Delivering consistent person-centered care to residents in our facilities
- Observing confidentiality matters at all times associated with documentation and communications
- Aiding in compliance with Aged Care Standards
- Working as an effective team member
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Enrolled Nurse qualification with current registration under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated experience in Residential Aged Care, including dementia care and best practice behaviour management
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to lead a team
- A First Aid certificate
