About the Role

We are seeking a Mental Health Clinician to join our Continuing Care Team. This full-time role offers a 5-day roster and flexibility to be based in Forster or Taree. The successful candidate will provide compassionate, ongoing care in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to consumers and their families
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and experience in mental health, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to contemporary, person-centred care is essential.

Requirements
  • Must hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Counselling
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate
