About the Role

Deliver compassionate care as a Mental Health Clinician in our Continuing Care Team. This full-time role offers flexibility with a 5-day roster and the choice of being based in Forster or Taree.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care to consumers and their support networks.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Build effective therapeutic and professional relationships with consumers, families, and carers.
Requirements
  • Hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Counselling (Degree in Bachelor of Health Science Mental Health).
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
