**Job Title: Tailings / Geotechnical Engineer**Overview of the RoleThe role is located in our Perth office and will form part of a growing team.As a Tailings / Geotechnical Engineer, you will oversee geotechnical field investigation programs, work closely with Engineers-of-Record on long-term operational projects and develop geotechnical assessments and analysis capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate geotechnical field investigation programs to ensure effective project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Engineers-of-Record on various projects to deliver best-value solutions for clients.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in geotechnical assessments and analysis capabilities.
  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required. You must be eligible for membership of Engineers Australia and have either achieved or be working towards CPENG status.Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • 1-5+ years of consulting experience operating within a geotechnical practice group.
  • Experience using geotechnical logging software such as Tablogs and Holebase.
  • Proficiency in the use of GIS or CAD package/s.
