We are a leading specialist engineering and consulting firm, renowned for our technical excellence in tailings, water, and waste management services to the mining and resources sectors.

As a member of our growing team in Perth, you will work alongside experienced professionals across the business. Our multidisciplinary projects cover civil and geotechnical site investigation, materials testing, laboratory work, numerical modeling, engineering analysis and design, construction, field inspections, and tailings life cycle management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing project scopes and costing at proposal stage.
  • Managing projects from preparation through fieldwork to final reporting.
  • Leading geotechnical investigations and preparing reports for clients.
  • Providing technical input in design and documentation.
  • Preparing technical documents and managing project correspondence.
  • Directing technical staff to support project delivery.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A degree in civil/geotechnical engineering or engineering geology.
  • Senior/Principal experience in tailings and geotechnical engineering practice, preferably in consulting.
  • A successful track record in planning, managing, and undertaking field investigations.
  • Knowledge of tailings life cycle management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
