Project Manager Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to lead our multidisciplinary teams in planning and executing mining infrastructure and advisory projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, including experience in managing multiple concurrent projects, leading design teams, and working with stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure the successful delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering services related to mine waste management.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and contractor interactions to achieve project goals.
  • Support clients as a trusted advisor, helping shape the direction of their project portfolios.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Civil/Mining Engineering or project management qualifications.
  • Proven project management experience, including managing multiple coinciding programs with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong background working on tailings, water, and civil projects, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including report writing, presentations, and client interactions.
  • Interpersonal skills to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
