Job Role: Fleet Allocator in Finished Vehicle Logistics

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and managing the daily delivery of freight, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to meet customer requirements. This role involves working closely with depot supervisors and team leaders to ensure seamless loading of PUD vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manifest the timely and efficient delivery of freight
  • Book additional ad-hoc transport as required
  • Liaise with depot supervisors and team leaders to ensure timely loading of PUD vehicles
  • Investigate and resolve service and/or operational issues
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BASIC TO INTERMEDIATE SKILLS IN MS OFFICE APPLICATIONS
  • GOOD WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • TIME MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
  • A GENERAL UNDERSTANDING OF THE ROAD NETWORK AND MAJOR ROUTES ACROSS SOUTH AUSTRALIA
