Age Care Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Age Care Support Professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our valued aged care clients.
About the RoleThis role involves providing personalized support and care to clients in group settings, assisting with mobility and personal care as required, leading activities such as book clubs, craft groups, social club, and meditation, and devising new groups that integrate personal hobbies and passions into our services.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to enhance their quality of life
- Support clients with daily living tasks and provide emotional support when needed
- Design and deliver engaging activities that cater to diverse interests
- Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (advantage but not essential)
We offer a range of services including residential aged care, home and community services, retirement living, and healthcare across NSW and SE QLD.
