Aged Care Support Professional

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our organization in the role of Aged Care Support Professional. If you have a passion for working with older adults and making a positive impact in their lives, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
  • Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
  • Travel with clients in your vehicle and work independently.
  • Engage in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of our clients.
  • Report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Certificate I-IV in Individual Support (required).
  • 1 year of experience in home care (preferred).
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required).
  • Australia work authorization (required).
