Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Aged Care Support Professional to join our team in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to older adults.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing person-centered care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

You will be responsible for assisting with personal care activities such as bathing and dressing, supporting residents with daily tasks like eating and social activities, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure care plans are followed.

This role requires a kind heart, genuine passion for caring for others, and excellent communication skills. If you are a reliable team player with a Certificate 3 in Aged Care (or equivalent), we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to residents
  • Assist with personal care activities such as bathing and dressing

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements
