Our Central Operations team is the engine room of our business, driving growth and delivering services to Australians every day.

We are launching a new customer fulfilment centre in VIC, harnessing the latest technology to offer a wider range to customers and a safer environment for staff.

This site presents an opportunity for an experienced Learning Development Coach to join the team and support the development and implementation of a detailed annual training plan.

In partnership with the Training Manager, you will:

  • Empower team members through mandatory and optional training programs
  • Prepare and implement training documentation across site, coaching shift leaders on their training responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate training records and ensure site leadership maintains accurate records
  • Coordinate site induction programs and ensure new team members are compliant on all aspects of training

You will be responsible for continually monitoring and updating training materials, accounting for seasonal activities. A champion for safety on site, you will be available for consultancy and drive a positive culture for team members.

The ideal candidate has a passion for coaching and developing, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. You should have experience in assessing training needs and developing annual training plans.

Your background in driver training and/or Supply Chain would be highly regarded. Advanced computer skills and the ability to produce materials and develop training information are also essential.
