About the Role

Charterhouse is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administration and Payment Grant Officer to join our vibrant team. This exciting opportunity will involve working at the heart of the community, supporting the creative industry with grant administration and payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process grant applications and related documentation in a timely manner.
  • Maintain organised records of grant applications, approvals and payments.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding funding programs.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes for grant-related discussions.
  • Track payment schedules and assist in reconciling accounts related to grant payments.
  • Update databases, generate regular and ad hoc reports.
  • Ensure adherence to organisational policies and support the implementation of best practices in grant administration.

Requirements

  • Experience in Purchase-to-pay, SAP and SmartyGrants is highly regarded.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate competence in using technology and learning new systems.
  • Adhere to policies governing records, communication, document control and cybersecurity measures.
