The Role

We are seeking an experienced facilities manager to oversee a high-profile healthcare client with a diverse portfolio of 26 sites across Queensland.

This role offers an opportunity to advance your career by managing a larger, diverse portfolio within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with tenant stakeholders.
  • Manage compliance and risk across the portfolio to ensure lease compliance and protect client interests.
  • Maintain all facilities data and documentation within our Facilities Response Centre (FRC) platform.
  • Drive critical facilities operations including contractor performance, procurement, compliance, incident reporting, and management.
  • Oversee essential services such as air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety.
  • Engage in sustainability initiatives aligned with client strategy.
  • Manage small-scale capital works projects.

  • You currently work as a facilities manager with portfolio management experience.
  • You have 5+ years of facilities management experience on behalf of asset owners.
  • You possess strong experience in contractor and contract management.
