
Global Demand Planning Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to support demand forecasting and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a dynamic fibre cement building solutions environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to support accurate demand forecasts.
- Apply basic forecasting techniques and tools under senior planners' guidance, with opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to understand demand influencers such as promotions and product launches.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, driving business success.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities related to demand variability, supporting informed decision-making.
- Contribute to inventory planning discussions for new and existing products, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
- A recent Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, with strong analytical skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong Excel skills and an interest in learning forecasting tools, such as SAP IBP and ERP systems, with a proactive mindset and passion for problem-solving and process improvement.
