This is a unique opportunity to be part of a successful construction organisation and contribute to its ongoing growth.

As a trusted advisor to the leadership team, you will support all employee-related matters across HR/IR/ER. You will work together with your leader in ongoing employee development strategies, providing purpose solutions and outcomes.

You will provide HR Advisory support on company processes, policy, procedures and coordination in recruitment processes. You will also own the HRIS system, ensuring integrity of data, engage talent and implement people initiatives to create a positive company culture environment.

Additionally, you will actively provide employee Learning and Development processes, utilise HRIS System data and metrics to inform leaders and provide recommendations, and monitor employee compliance, HR policy and processes to ensure alignment to current legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

As a true HR Generalist with 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry, you are expected to have relevant qualifications in HR and a solid understanding of Fair Work and legislative requirements.

Key skills include exceptional communication and relationship management skills, operational understanding and ability to provide pragmatic solutions.
