Job Summary

We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and passionate Automation Specialist to join our innovative team. As an expert in automation technologies, you'll play a key role in developing and delivering cutting-edge solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable automation frameworks to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop high-quality applications, APIs, and workflow automation to test and diagnose customer services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories and develop software solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Actively participate in team ceremonies and continuous improvement activities such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews.
  • Write clean, efficient code and ensure its quality by following best practices and coding standards.
  • Deploy production-ready applications and assist in resolving issues identified during post-deployment testing.
  • Provide support in the production and pre-production environments, including after-hours production support.
  • Identify technical debt and raise it with the Product Owner to prioritize and address it in the backlog.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with other DevOps Engineers to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills:
  • Node.js development
  • APIs and web services design
  • Database management using MySQL and MongoDB
Nice to Have:
  • Python programming skills
  • ITIL certification
  • Understanding of network infrastructure and IT stacks
  • Experience with Linux-based operating systems and scripting languages
