Job Overview

We are seeking a driven Senior Manager, Project Delivery to facilitate the successful completion of Vantage construction projects on time and within budget under the guidance of the Director, Project Delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall delivery of construction and capital expenditure works on the MEL1 Campus Expansion.
  • Collaborate and integrate with internal partners to ensure long-term operational sustainability while driving optimized construction delivery.
  • Manage project delivery, including external delivery parties, such as PMs, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Engineers, and consultants.
  • Lead safety management procedures to ensure compliance with mandatory and industry standards.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver data centers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in a management role required.
  • Complex and technical construction experience is required.
  • Data Center experience is preferred.
  • Experience in CSA and/or MEP construction management is a requirement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or P6.
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations.
  • Substantial project management experience preferred with PMP certification.
