Lead Cost Controller

Wood Plc is seeking a highly skilled Lead Cost Controller to join our Minerals & Metals division in Perth. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the cost control process of multi-discipline EPCM and EPC projects.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position open for permanent or contract. You will work closely with our project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cost control processes and procedures
- Manage and analyze project costs, including budgeting and forecasting
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting
- Provide cost management advice and guidance to project teams
- Identify and mitigate cost risks and opportunities
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in cost control and project management
- Advanced skills in cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work
- A strong understanding of project delivery processes and procedures
