**Selection Criteria**:
- Approval to teach Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Environmental Science and Science.
- Demonstrated ability to build student wellbeing through positive relationships with students, parents, staff and the community through high level interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated proven ability to implement innovative and engaging teaching strategies to improve educational outcomes for all students.
